What a great newsletter!  As an artist, I can extrapolate tips and advice that pertain to me as well. I particularly liked the article on dealing with rejection. I realize I utilize some of these techniques already when submitting ad designs to customers. Then there are new ones I will have to remember like your “Soft-boiled Egg Approach.” — Erica Gibson
